How much notice do I need to give to book a bouncy castle

You can hire any of our inflatables or bouncy castles at any time office hours are between 7am and 11pm 7 days a week , outside these hours please contact us via our contact form on our website .we take booking up to 12 months in advance of your event , however we can accommodate last minute bookings

Do you deliver and set up the equipment

delivery's are FREE within Croydon and surrounding areas

Do I need to leave a deposit

We do not take a deposit on any bookings , once you have received your confirmation email of your booking, then your required bouncy castle is booked out to you on your required date , full payment is due on day of hire.

When are our bouncy castles available for hire

Outside hires:

Our summer season runs from the1st march till the 1st November this is when we will set up bouncy castles outside (all outside hires are weather permitting )

Indoor hires :

Our winter season runs from the 2nd November till the 28th February

Do you need an electric supply

All of our bouncy castles and inflatable require an 240v supply , all of our electrical equipment is pat tested and labelled .If you do not have a supply then we can provide a generator there is a extra charge for this .

Do you have public liability insurance

We are fully insured and have public liability insurance for £5 million pounds We have a copy of our public liability insurance certificate in each of our delivery vans which we are happy to provide upon request , or we can email you a copy of our insurance with your confirmation booking email

Delivery Policy

We try to deliver all bouncy castles and inflatables at there allotted delivery times , we will call you or text 30 minutes prior to your allotted delivery time to inform to we are on our way , when you receive your confirmation email of your booking please check all details are correct .
