Absolutely Fantastic service from Rich and the Team. Really went above and beyond. Great communication and timely manner. They travelled very far for our party and it was a total success. I won't hesitate to use them again, and definitely recommend them. Amazing Monster Truck bouncy castle, very hard to find. Thank you guys for making my 4 year olds dear come true!

Great service from start to end. My requests to have specific colours for the Didi cars to match the party theme and also to move the party date due to unforeseen circumstances were all dealt with promptly. On the day itself, I was kept informed of the arrival time and the gentlemen who delivered the items were polite and helpful. Everything was setup quickly and it was the same for pick-up at the end of the party. The bouncy castle was a huge hit with the kids and I would definitely recommend adding the Didi cars to your party as the kids absolutely loved those little cars! Overall, I would recommend Kingies Castle and would use them again in future if we need to hire a bouncy castle again.

I spoke to Rich. So patient and efficient. He is very easy to speak to and was so understanding that I have never hired a bouncy castle before. Very helpful in helping me understand the measurements. In the end the bouncy castle would be too big for our venue but the kids loved the jungle soft play and giant connect 4. Would definitely recommend and use again. Big Thumbs Up

Highly recommended Kingies castle. Great service from start to finish. Very accommodating. We needed the bouncy castle hire for a specific time slot and rich was on hand to make sure this was all in place. Easy delivery and setup by the driver. Hassle free! Would definitely use kingies castles again. Five stars!!!🌟

Excellent service! They were very reliable and arrived exactly on time - were also very helpful and understanding regarding a difficult situation that arose. Great communication and quick set up/tidy up too! The bouncy castle itself was great and made the children so happy. Used Kingies Castle for my daughters 5th birthday party! Rich was amazing very prompt! I recived a call the day before advising me of the time they would arrive. Rich also got the bouncy castle through a very narrow walk way! Kids loved the bouncy castle and ball pit! Will deffo use again for my functions! Amazing service!

I would recommend Kingie’s Castles to anyone - we had the most amazing experience! We hired the pink on pink bouncy castle/soft play combo & the kids absolutely loved it & everyone commented on how beautiful it looked! Ordered the bronze package which consisted of a small bouncy castle and ball pit. Staff was early and quick with the set up and also with collection. Definitely will recommend if you have toddlers filled with energy, and so happy with the result will be ordering again really soon.

We booked the bouncy slide online, which was a very easy process. Rich was very helpful and the communication was spot on regarding the delivery and pick up. The bouncy slide was set up in like 5 mins and we all had such an amazing time! The children absolutely loved it. We will definitely be using this company again in the future and highly recommend them!

Just want to say Kingies Castles, provides great service, they are friendly, flexible and very honest from my experience. And offer good value for money! While keeping it professional.

I recommend Kingies Bouncy castles hire and party packages to anyone who got kids and need something fun and exciting for a birthday party.

Great company with a huge range of bouncy castles to choose from! We have hired bouncy castles from this company 2 years in a row for our sons 1st and 2nd birthday party and have been pleased both times. Prices are affordable and more than worth it. Which I was very happy with. Rich was on time with the drop off and pick up. Extremely professional. I am very happy with the service.
