Peter Aubertin Hall is located on Elmore Road, Chipstead, in Surrey , this a good size hall with a fully fitted kitchen, full disabled access

Facilities

• The maximum occupancy of the hall is 100.
• The hall internal dimensions are 17 metres (55ft) long x 7 metres (22ft) wide; the stage encroaches about 1.5 metres (4 feet)
• There are tables and chairs to seat 100 and they are located in the second cupboard along the right hand side.
• They are standard size tables.
• There is a kettle, urn, oven, hob, fridge and industrial dishwasher available.
• You can only reheat cooked food, for example hot dogs, pizza, chips etc.
• The hall is fully wheelchair accessible.
• There is a small car park at the front of the hall adjacent to the road which has parking for three cars. The car park at the Meads which is adjacent to the Rugby Club has more spaces which you and your guests are able to use.
  

  Prices

  Hire of the hall costs £90 per session payable in advance, there are two sessions 9.30am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
  Evening Hire is from 5.30pm to 11pm - £180
  All Day Hire is from 9am to 11pm - £360
  
  The hall will also require a damage deposit of £100 which is also payable in advance and only refunded once it has been confirmed that the hall has been left clean and tidy, that there is no damage and the key has been returned to the Post Office on Chipstead Parade.
  The hirer is responsible for all cleaning and all rubbish must be taken home with you as it is a rural area and there is wildlife around

  The hall can accommodate inflatables up to 11ft in height, we also offer a range of bouncy castles which are low height castles which are designed for use in venues with low ceilings, however some of these Toddlers Bouncy Castles are age related The hall has separate male and female toilets and a fully fitted modern kitchen, with a side entrance direct into the kitchen
